Cat leads the packaging and circular economy strategy and advocacy work for the FDF. She was most recently head of packaging strategy and advocacy for the Food and Drink Federation. She has deep experience and knowledge of the packaging policy landscape with a particular interest in how devolved and reserved policy works together. She previously worked for Zero Waste Scotland.
